Dr. Mohammad Abbasi is a board-certified vascular surgeon and the founder of Premier Vascular Institute.Known for his expertise, precision, and compassionate approach, Dr. Abbasi combines cutting-edge technology with personalized treatment to achieve the best possible outcomes for his patients and has been transforming the standard of vascular care in central Florida for the last decade.
Raised in Queens and Long Island, New York, Dr. Abbasi’s passion for medicine began early, inspired by hisexperience witnessing his father battle severe illness. That personal connection to healthcare inspired him to pursue a career in medicine and vascular surgery and continues to guide his patient-centered philosophy today.
Dr. Abbasi earned both his bachelor’s degree in pharmacology and his medical doctorate from Stony BrookUniversity in New York. He completed his vascular surgery residency at the world- renowned Cleveland Clinic,serving as Chief Resident and mastering advanced open surgical and endovascular techniques.
